Rhapsody

The Rhapsody door can be found in a variety of materials including melamine, veneer and painted frames and fillings. There is also a variety of handles as options to Rhapsody.

Melamine sliding doors are manufactured from 28mm thick melamine board. As standard, these are on the one hand sliding wardrobe doors, but it is also possible to conceal the top and bottom sliding doors in the transom profiles, which under certain conditions allows them to be used as a door between rooms. As an innovation, it is also possible to produce these slides with hanging slides.

The standard handle is the recessed aluminium handle, but a wide range of different handles is also available. A 92mm wide spacer is used to divide the door’s inner panel, which in turn allows for different materials to be used as the door’s interior. The doors can be divided horizontally or vertically.

Veneer sliding slats are made of 7-layer carpentry board with a top layer of 0,6mm thick natural oak wood or veneer. The veneer is finished according to the customer’s wishes, using either an oiling, painting or varnishing technique. In the case of oiling, we use natural OSMO oil waxes, tinted or untinted, specially designed for wood finishing. In the case of profiles with a lacquered finish, a semi-matte lacquer is used, which gives the wood longevity and resistance to external influences. The veneer can also be stained to the desired shade before varnishing.

We also offer sliding doors with painted frames made of 5-layer laminated timber with an outer layer of 4mm thick MDF. The top surface is painted with Tikkurila Symphony or NCS semi matt paint in the desired shade according to the colour chart.

As standard, they are on the one hand visible wardrobe sliding doors, but on request the top and bottom wheels can be concealed in the transom profiles, which also allows them to be used as a door between rooms.
