Structo Industry OÜ gives a 2 (two) year warranty on “L-UKS” products against possible structural defects,
against the occurrence of defects in workmanship and materials, and for products assembled in the course of manufacture by their manufacturer.

Guarantee conditions

The guarantee is valid if the furniture ordered by the customer is installed by a Structo Industry assembler.

The guarantee does not apply if the customer has assembled the furniture himself or has used it improperly. In this case, the customer will have to pay for the furniture repair based on the volume of the repair work.

Start and length of the guarantee period

The warranty period is normally 2 years from the date of delivery to the customer. If necessary, we can agree on a longer guarantee period.

Warranty limitations

The warranty does not cover damage caused by negligent use of the product, damage, breakage or improper use of the product.

Normal discolouration, natural wear and tear of the product or minor defects that do not affect the intended use of the product (such as scratches on the surface coating) are not covered by the warranty.

The warranty does not cover damage (if the furniture has not been installed by STRUCTO INDUSTRY ) caused by incorrect installation. For example: if the customer has installed the product himself and has done so using incorrect workmanship.

What to do if I need a warranty repair

A written notice from the customer is required for a warranty repair. Considering the causes of the damage to the furniture parts, Structo Industry OÜ will decide whether the warranty applies in this case.

Do I have to take care of transporting the furniture myself to get a warranty repair?

In the case of a warranty, if it is possible to solve the problem on the spot, the assembler will do so. If the product cannot be repaired at the customer’s site, Structo Industry will transport it to the production site at its own cost and then return it repaired.
